Directorate changes

Liontrust Asset Management Plc ("Liontrust"), the specialist independent fund management group, confirms the following directorate changes:

On 19 July 2019 Liontrust announced that Mandy Donald will, subject to regulatory approval, join the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee.  Regulatory approval has now been received and Liontrust can confirm that Mandy Donald joined the Board with effect from today as an Independent Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee.
