Results of General Meeting - Proposed Acquisition of GAM

Further to previous announcements by Liontrust in relation to the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of GAM Holding AG ("GAM"), a global investment management group (the "Proposed Acquisition"), Liontrust is pleased to announce that at its General Meeting held earlier today to approve the Proposed Acquisition, the resolutions proposed to the meeting on a poll were duly passed by the requisite majority.

Details of the proxy voting instructions lodged prior to the General Meeting are set out below:
