Further to its announcement of 5 October 2021, Liontown Resources Limited ( ASX: LTR ) ( “Liontown” or the “Company” ) is pleased to provide an update on the demerger and ASX listing of Minerals 260 Limited ( “Minerals 260” ), which holds the Moora and Koojan JV Projects in Western Australia.

Following the completion of its heavily oversubscribed $30 million Initial Public Offering (“ IPO ”), Minerals 260 was admitted on the official ASX list on the 8 October 2021 with the ASX code ‘ MI6 ’. Trading is scheduled to commence on the ASX at 10:00 AM AWST on Tuesday,12 October 2021.

The ATO Class Ruling outlining the implications for certain shareholders as a result of the recent demerger, is expected to be finalised over the next few weeks and shareholders will be advised in due course.
