Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

Liontown Resources Limited (ASX: LTR) (“Liontown” or the “Company”) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that 337,840 ordinary shares (“Escrowed Shares”) will be released from voluntary escrow on 4 July 2016.

The Escrowed Shares, which are subject to a voluntary escrow provision for 12 months from their date of issue, were issued on 1 July 2015 under the Company’s 15% placement capacity.
