Non-Renounceable Rights Issue Shortfall Allotment

Liontown Resources Limited advises that the allotment of the shortfall has now completed and the Company has issued 31,932,600 ordinary shares and 10,644,197 free attaching listed options. Total funds received from the shortfall amounted to $1,117,641.
