Death of Barry Sullivan, Non-Executive Director

It is with deep sadness and sincere condolences that Lion Selection Group Limited (ASX:LSX) ( Lion ) regrets to inform all shareholders that Mr Barry Sullivan, Non-Executive Director, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly early this week due to natural causes.

Barry has been a Director of Lion since 2011, was Lion’s Chairman from February 2016 to January 2024, whose guidance and contributions were greatly valued by the Lion Board and management.

Robin Widdup, on behalf of the Lion Board and management:

”We will all miss Barry, a man of deep industry experience, wise counsel and totally unflappable.”

Our condolences are extended to Barry’s family; he was a wonderful friend to all and will be deeply missed.
