Lion Selection Group Limited is pleased to advise the following board re‐organisation:

Peter Maloney has completed his leave of absence and returned to resume director duties as a Non‐Executive Director. Mr Maloney will act as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Non Executive Director, Mr Barry Sullivan, will succeed Mr Maloney as Chairman of the Company effective immediately.
Mr Chris Melloy will continue as Non Executive Director. The Lion Board thanks Mr Melloy for taking on the role of Acting Chairman during Mr Maloney’s absence.
