Lapse of HEGOA options

We also advise that 43,151,944 HEGOB options were not exercised and lapsed. These options have been partially underwritten by Bell Potter Securities Limited. The issue of the underwritten 35,312,614 fully paid shares will be on the 8 October 2009.

Quotation agreement
