2016 Lithuanian Supreme Court Civil case department judges college left to
valid decision of Kaunas District Court dated February 9, 2016. Acc.to this
decision Lithuanian Republic securities commission, which rights and
liabilities are taken by Lithuanian Bank, claim acc.to which the defendant
Lione Lenciauskiene is obliged during 30 days to present the obligatory
official offer to buy AB „Linas“ skares for 0,78 Lt (0,23 eur) for one share,
is rejected.
