Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) on 24 November 2022 regarding the share capital increase in accordance with a share purchase program (ESPP) resolved by the board on 23 November 2022.

The NOK 602.34 share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK is NOK 1,479,451.53 divided into 295,890,306 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
