Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA ("LINK Mobility") on 27 October 2023 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with exercise of RSUs under the RSU program.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK Mobility is NOK 1,484,870.54 divided into 296,974,108 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
