Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) on 11 November 2021 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with exercise of RSUs under the RSU program.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK is NOK 1,467,695.34 divided into 293,539,068 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
