24 June 2021. Reference is made to the announcement made by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) earlier today regarding completion of the acquisition of Message Broadcast and the issuance of new shares.

Following the share issuance by LINK, the shareholding of Victory Partners VIII Limited of 93,612,321 shares in LINK will represent 32.0% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in LINK, compared to 34.0% prior to completion of the acquisition of Message Broadcast.
