Rugz AS, a company closely associated with chairman of the board of directors Jens Rugseth, has today purchased 250,000 shares at a price per share of NOK 42.87. Following the transaction Jens Rugseth controls 16,195,105 shares in the company, which equals approximately 5,95% of the shares in the company.
