LINK Mobility: Notice from a written bondholders’ resolution

Oslo, 16 June 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 14 June 2021 in relation to the request for a written bondholders’ resolution. LINK Mobility (LINK) has today been notified by Nordic Trustee AS, as trustee for its senior unsecured bond issue with ISIN NO0010911506 (the “Bond Issue”), that the proposed resolution has been resolved and adopted.
