LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA - Successful placement of new senior unsecured bond issue

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 30 November 2020 by LINK Mobility Group Holding ("LINK Mobility" or the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries the "Group" or "LINK"), one of Europe's leading providers of mobile messaging and CPaaS solutions, regarding a contemplated EUR bond issue.

LINK has successfully completed the issuance of EUR 200 million senior unsecured bonds, with a EUR 350 million borrowing limit. The bond issue received strong demand from high quality institutional investors. Settlement is expected to be 15 December 2020, and the bonds will have 5 year tenor.

The bonds have a fixed coupon of 3.375% p.a. An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs. Net proceeds from the bond issue will be applied to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes including acquisitions.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Danske Bank, Norwegian Branch acted as joint managers and bookrunners in connection with the placement of the new bond issue. AGP Advokater AS is acting as legal advisor to the Company in connection with the bond issue.
