EXTENSION OF LONGSTOP DATE IN RELATION TO THE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement (the “ Announcement ”) of Linekong Interactive Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) dated 12 March 2015 in relation to the subscription of shares in SMI Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 198). Terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement unless otherwise defined.

As disclosed in the Announcement, completion of the Subscription Agreement is conditional upon, among other things, the fulfilment of certain conditions on or before 26 March 2015 (or such later date as the Company and the Target shall agree in writing). As additional time is required for the parties to the Subscription Agreement to fulfill the Conditions, the parties to the Subscription Agreement agreed to extend the Longstop Date from 26 March 2015 to 13 April 2015. Save and except for the extension of the Longstop Date, all other terms and provisions of the Subscription Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect in all respects.

Further announcement will be made by the Company upon completion of the Subscription Agreement.

As the Completion of the Subscription is subject to the fulfilment of the Conditions under the Subscription Agreement, the Subscription may or may not proceed. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise caution when dealing in the Shares or any securities of the Company.
