CHANGES IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of Linekong Interactive Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) announces that, in order to foster talents, utilise the resources of the Group efficiently and adapt to the Group’s business development strategies, the Group has recently established two gaming research and design teams and two publication centres located in Beijing and Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China, respectively. The positions and duties of our senior management team have been adjusted to cater for the new organisational structure of the Group.

Each of Mr. ZHAO Jun, Mr. MEI Song, Mr. FENG Haili and Ms. QI Yunxiao, our senior management, has been promoted from vice president of the Group to senior vice president of the Group.

Mr. ZHAO Jun heads up a gaming research and design team which is mainly responsible for the research and development of Chinese-style and Chinese-theme massively multiplayer online role-playing games (“ MMORPG ”) and card game products of the Group.

Mr. MEI Song heads up the other gaming research and design team which is mainly responsible for the research and development of diversified products, such as Japanese and Korean style as well as animation and comic theme MMORPG, including but not limited to fight technology games and turn-based games.

Mr. FENG Haili will continue to be responsible for our gaming licensing and publication business.

Ms. QI Yunxiao will continue to be responsible for marketing and promotion of our online games and is currently in charge of the recently established presidential office, which mainly engages in business development, supply chain sourcing and internal coordination.

Mr. ZHANG Hongliang, our former co-chief technology officer and one of our senior management, has been appointed as the vice president of the Group and will be assuming the role as a gaming producer in the gaming research and design team headed by Mr. MEI Song.

Mr. LI Hui has been appointed as one of our co-chief technology officers and senior management of the Group.

Mr. LI Hui, age 38, is our co-chief technology officer. Mr. Li is primarily responsible for developing the business supporting platform of the Group. Mr. Li has been working in the research and development system since he joined the Group in 2008. Mr. Li has extensive experience in the internet industry. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Li worked as a senior engineer for Asialnfo Technologies (China) Inc. from January 2003 to June 2008. Mr. Li awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Information Management from the Shandong Institute of Business and Technology (formerly the China Coal Economic College) in July 2000.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to welcome Mr. LI Hui for his joining of the senior management of the Group.
