NOTICE OF CHANGE IN CORPORATE STRUCTURE

Item 2: Description of the Transaction

On November 28, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), Westlinear issued shares to the shareholders of Linear pursuant to a statutory arrangement under a plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”). On the Effective Date, Westlinear became a reporting issuer in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.

The Arrangement, as set forth in the arrangement agreement and plan of arrangement dated August 1, 2025 (the “Arrangement Agreement”) entered into between the Parties, was approved by the shareholders of Linear on October 22, 2025, by the Supreme Court of British Columbia on October 29, 2025, in accordance with Part 9 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), and accepted by the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange”).

Item 3: Effective Date of the Transaction

November 28, 2025.

Item 4: Names of each party, if any, that ceased to be a reporting issuer subsequent to the transaction and name of the continuing entities

No party ceased to be a reporting issuer.

Upon completion of the Arrangement, Linear continues to be a listed issuer on the Exchange and a reporting issuer in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario and Westlinear became a reporting issuer in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Before the Effective Date, Westlinear was a wholly owned subsidiary of Linear.

Item 5: The date of the reporting issuer’s first financial year-end after the Arrangement

Linear – March 31, 2026
Westlinear – June 30, 2026

Item 6: The periods, including the comparative periods, if any, of the interim and annual financial statements required to be filed for the reporting issuers' first financial year after the Arrangement

There are no changes with respect to the filing dates of the interim financial reports and annual financial statements of Linear. All Linear' annual financial statements and interim financial reports are available on SEDAR+ under Linear' profile.

With respect to Westlinear, the following financial statements were included in the information circular of Linear dated August 28, 2025, which was filed on SEDAR+ on September 8, 2025 and is available at www.sedarplus.ca under Linear' profile:

• Audited Annual Financial Statements of Westlinear for the period ending June 30, 2025;
• Audited Carve Out Annual Financial Statements of the Pontax West Lithium Property for the periods ending March 31, 2025 and March 31, 2024.

The following table includes the applicable dates with respect to the annual and interim financial statements/reports of Westlinear immediately following the Arrangement:
