GENERAL MEETING NOTICE AND PROXY FORM

Dear Shareholder

A general meeting of shareholders of Lindian Resources Limited (ASX:LIN) ( Company ) will be held on Monday, 28 March 2022 at 11.00am (WST) ( Meeting ).

In accordance with the Treasury Laws Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Act 2021 (Cth), the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Meeting ( Notice ) to shareholders unless the shareholder has requested a hard copy. The Notice can be viewed and downloaded from the Company’s website at https://www.lindianresources.com.au/investor-center.

The Company is pleased to provide Shareholders with the opportunity to attend and participate in a virtual Meeting through an online meeting platform powered by Automic, where shareholders will be able to watch, listen and vote online. Instructions on how to access the virtual Meeting are set out in the Notice.

The Company strongly encourages shareholders to lodge a proxy form prior to the Meeting. Shareholders can lodge their proxy by going to https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah and logging in with your holder number (HIN/SRN), which you can find on your enclosed personalised proxy form. Details on how to lodge your proxy using other means can be found on the proxy form. If you have any questions about your proxy form, please contact the Company Secretary by telephone at on +61 8 6557 8838. Shareholders are encouraged to provide an email address in order to receive electronic communications from the Company in the future.

Your proxy form must be received by 11.00am (WST) on Saturday, 26 March 2022, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy forms received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting.

Shareholders may submit questions in advance of the Meeting by email to the Company Secretary at info@lindianresources.com.au by 11.00am (WST) on Friday, 25 March 2022 being 72 hours before commencement of the meeting.

The Notice is important and should be read in its entirety. If you are in doubt as to the course of action you should follow, you should consult your financial adviser, lawyer, accountant or other professional adviser.
