Lindian Resources Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to announce it has completed $2.40 million placement to institutional and sophisticated investors as announced on 8 February 2011.
The Company received shareholder approval at a General Meeting on 20 April 2011 to facilitate the completion of the Placement.
The Company will now proceed with allotment and despatch of holding statements.
