LINDBERGH S.P.A.: RIDUZIONE DEL LOTTO MINIMO DI NEGOZIAZIONE DELLE AZIONI

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 26 settembre 2024 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), gruppo attivo in Italia e Francia nel settore MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) per l'offerta di servizi di logistica per le reti di assistenza tecnica, nel settore waste management/circular economy e nel settore HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), comunica che a partire da lunedì 30 settembre 2024, il lotto minimo di negoziazione delle azioni Lindbergh (ISIN IT0005469272) sarà pari a 500. Tutti gli ordini sulle azioni Lindbergh non eseguiti al termine della seduta del 27 settembre 2024 verranno cancellati.

LINDBERGH S.P.A.: REDUCTION OF THE MINIMUM TRADING LOT OF SHARES

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 26 September 2024 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), a group that operates in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) industry in both Italy and France, providing logistics services for technical support networks, in the waste management/circular economy and in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) industry, announces today that, as of Monday 30 September 2024, the minimum trading lot of Lindbergh shares (ISIN IT0005469272) will be 500. All orders on Lindbergh shares not executed at the end of the session on 27 September 2024 will be cancelled.
