Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 26 febbraio 2026 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), Gruppo che offre servizi nei settori MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) ed Economia Circolare, rende noto, ai sensi della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'art. 17 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan, di aver ricevuto in data 25 febbraio 2026 comunicazione da parte del fondo Abdiel Capital Advisors, con sede a New York (USA), circa il superamento della soglia di rilevanza del 5% del capitale sociale, avvenuta in data 20 febbraio 2026, assumendo pertanto la qualifica di azionista significativo.

ABDIEL CAPITAL BECOMES A NEW SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER
Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 26th February 2026 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), an Italy-based Group primarily engaged in providing services for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and Circular Economy segments, hereby announces, pursuant to the Transparency Rules and Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, that on 25 February 2026 it received a notification from the fund Abdiel Capital Advisors, based in New York (USA), starting that , as of 20 February 2026, its position in the Issuer's capital has exceeded the 5% threshold of the share capital, thereby acquiring the status of "significant shareholder".
Abdiel Capital Advisors (website: https://abdielcapital.com) is a U.S. investment fund specializing in long-term investments in high-growth listed companies. The fund is distinguished by a concentrated strategy focused on a limited number of high-quality companies with recurring revenue models.
