LINDBERGH S.P.A.: CLOSING DELL'ACQUISIZIONE DEL 100% DI VERGOTTINI SRL

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 13 maggio 2024 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), gruppo attivo in Italia e Francia nel settore MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) per l'offerta di servizi di logistica per le reti di assistenza tecnica e nel settore del Waste Management – Circular Economy, rende noto che, con riferimento all'operazione di acquisizione del 100% di Vergottini Srl, di cui al comunicato stampa del giorno 11 aprile 2024, in data odierna è avvenuto il closing dell'operazione secondo quanto previsto in sede di accordo preliminare.

Lindbergh, attraverso la propria controllata Smit Srl, ha acquistato il 100% di Vergottini Srl. Il valore totale dell'operazione è pari a Euro 1,05 milioni, compresa la PFN (cash positive per circa € 300.000).

Si segnala che l'operazione non è da considerarsi significativa ai sensi dell'art. 12 del Regolamento Emittenti Euronext Growth Milan.

LINDBERGH S.P.A.: CLOSING OF THE ACQUISITION OF 100% OF VERGOTTINI SRL

Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), May 13, 2024 - Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), a group that operates in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) sector in both Italy and France, providing logistics services for technical support networks and in the waste management/circular economy sector, announces today, with reference to the acquisition of 100% of Vergottini Srl, referred to in the press release of April 11, 2024, the closing of the transaction according to the terms of the preliminary agreement.

Lindbergh, through its subsidiary Smit Srl, acquired 100% of Vergottini Srl. The total value of the transaction is €1.05 million, including the NFP (cash positive for approximately €300,000).

It is reported that the transaction is not considered relevant pursuant to Article 12 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation.

Lindbergh S.p.A. is the parent company of the Group of the same name active in Italy and France in the MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) sector, in the offer of logistic services, products and solutions for technical assistance networks. The Group also offers Circular Economy and Waste Management services.
