IL CDA APPROVA I RICAVI CONSOLIDATI DI GRUPPO AL 30 SETTEMBRE 20251
Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), 31 ottobre 2025 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM:LDB), Gruppo che offre servizi nei settori MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) ed Economia Circolare, ha approvato in data odierna i ricavi consolidati e per Business Unit al 30 settembre 2025, non soggetti a revisione contabile.
Al 30 settembre 2025, il Gruppo Lindbergh ha registrato ricavi consolidati pari a circa Euro 22,9 milioni. Questo risultato è il riflesso delle performance delle singole Business Unit attraverso le quali il Gruppo opera:
▪ Network Management
La Business Unit Network Management, che dal 31 dicembre 2024 include anche i ricavi della Business Unit Warehouse Management, eroga servizi logistici a supporto delle reti di tecnici manutentori itineranti ed è il core business storico del Gruppo. Al 30 settembre 2025 la divisione ha registrato ricavi complessivi pari a circa Euro 9,3 milioni (40,4% dei ricavi consolidati).
▪ Waste Management/Circular Economy
La Business Unit Waste Management/Circular Economy è attiva nella realizzazione di progetti complessi nell'ambito della gestione di rifiuti speciali e dell'Economia Circolare al servizio di molteplici settori industriali. Al 30 settembre 2025 la divisione ha registrato ricavi complessivi pari a circa Euro 3,3 milioni (14,5% dei ricavi consolidati).
▪ HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
La Business Unit HVAC, presidiata dalla controllata SMIT S.r.l., opera nel settore della termoidraulica e si distingue per le sue strategie di crescita tramite acquisizioni di aziende storiche localizzate sul territorio italiano. Avviata nel 2023, questa divisione sta registrando una forte espansione e, al 30 settembre 2025, ha registrato ricavi pari a circa Euro 10,1 milioni (44,2% dei ricavi consolidati).

Si ricorda che il Gruppo adotta i principi contabili internazionali IAS/IFRS e si precisa che non sono indicati dati comparativi relativi al primo semestre 2024 in quanto il perimetro del Gruppo non risulterebbe omogeneo a valle della vendita delle attività in Francia realizzata nel corso del mese di dicembre 2024.
▪ Altri ricavi
Le società del Gruppo, al 30 settembre 2025, hanno realizzato circa Euro 0,2 milioni di altri ricavi (0,9% dei ricavi consolidati) derivanti perlopiù da crediti di imposta debitamente riscontati per i periodi di competenza economica.
Lindbergh è un gruppo che offre servizi nei settori MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) ed Economia Circolare. Lindbergh opera attraverso tre Business Units: Network Management, per l'offerta di servizi di logistica e prodotti - dedicati alle aziende dotate di reti di tecnici manutentori itineranti - veicolati da un servizio di logistica notturna "a bordo veicolo". HVAC, con l'obiettivo di divenire - attraverso la controllata SMIT e anche grazie ad iniziative di M&A - il primo player italiano nel settore della manutenzione/assistenza e installazione nell'industria del riscaldamento, raffrescamento e ventilazione. Circular Economy, per l'offerta di servizi complessi nell'ambito della gestione di rifiuti industriali con la finalità di identificare - attraverso supply chain virtuose – processi innovativi per la valorizzazione dei rifiuti e la produzione di materiali riciclati tracciati. Con sede in Pescarolo ed Uniti (Cremona), Lindbergh è stata fondata nel 2006 da Marco Pomè (Presidente) e Michele Corradi (CEO), entrambi provenienti da esperienze di rilievo nell'ambito della logistica e dei servizi alle industrie. Il Gruppo impiega, ad oggi, più di 200 dipendenti.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVES CONSOLIDATED REVENUES FOR THE GROUP AS OF SEPTEMBER 30th, 20251
Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), October, 31st 2025 - The Board of directors of Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM: LDB), a Group providing services in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and Circular Economy sectors, today approved the Group's consolidated revenues, detailed per Business Unit, for the period ending September 30th, 2025, which are not subject to financial audit.
As of September 30th, 2025, the Lindbergh Group reported consolidated revenues of € 22.9 million. This result reflects the performance of the individual Business Units through which the Group operates:
▪ Network Management
The Network Management Business Unit, which starting from December 31st, 2024 also includes the revenues of the Warehouse Management Business Unit, provides logistics services to support networks of service technicians and represents the Group's historical core business. As of September 30, 2025, the division reported global revenues amounting to approximately € 9.3 million (40,4% of consolidated revenues).
▪ Waste Management/Circular Economy
The Waste Management/Circular Economy Business Unit is active in implementing complex projects related to the management of industrial special waste and circular economy services for various industrial sectors. As of September 30th, 2025, the division reported global revenues amounting to approximately € 3.3 million (14,5% of consolidated revenues).
▪ HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
The HVAC Business Unit, managed by the subsidiary SMIT S.r.l., operates in the HVAC sector and is distinguished by its growth strategies through acquisitions of historic companies located throughout Italy. Launched in 2023, this division is experiencing strong expansion and, as of September 30th, 2025, is the Group's most performing Business Unit, with revenues amounting to approximately € 10.1 million (44,2% of consolidated revenues).

▪ Other revenues
As of September 30th, 2025, Group companies generated approximately € 0.2 million in other revenues (0,9% of consolidated revenues), mainly deriving from tax credits duly recognized for the periods to which they relate.
