Lindab completes acquisition of IMP Klima

Lindab has today completed the previously announced acquisition of the Slovenian ventilation company IMP Klima. IMP Klima's business includes products and solutions for ventilation and indoor climate with specific expertise in air handling units and fans. The acquisition forms a strategic step for Lindab to strengthen its position as a complete supplier of ventilation and indoor climate solutions.
