Changes to Lime Technologies AB (publ.)'s nomination committee

As of today, March 8, 2023, Erik Ivarsson will replace Emil Hjalmarsson as the representative of Grenspecialisten in Lime Technologies AB (publ.)'s nomination committee.

Lime Technologies' nomination committee now consists of the following members:

• Erik Ivarsson, Chairman, appointed by Grenspecialisten AB, representing 10.0 percent of the shares and votes
• Andreas Hedskog, appointed by Syringa Capital AB, representing 10.16 percent of the shares and votes
• Johanna Ahlqvist, appointed by Cliens Kapitalförvaltning AB, representing 8.24 percent of the shares and votes

The nomination committee will prepare proposals for the annual general meeting 2023 regarding, chairman of the annual general meeting, members of the board of directors, chairman of the board of directors, remuneration of the board of directors, auditors, auditors' remuneration, composition of the nomination committee and assignments for the annual general meeting 2024.
