Lime Technologies AB (publ.) ("Lime") has today been informed that the Chairman of the Board, Martin Henricson, will not stand for re-election to Lime's Board at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, and that the Nomination Committee will propose Erik Syrén as new Chairman of the Board.
Erik Syrén, main shareholder in Lime, has been CEO of the company from 2012-2021 and subsequently a member of the Board of Directors. In addition to his partnership in the investment company Monterro, he is currently also Chairman of the Board of Moment A/S, and a board member of Wiraya Solutions AB, Maintmaster AB, Pythagoras AB and NEXT AB.
Martin Henricson, Chairman of the Board since 2020, has decided not to stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting 2023.
The Nomination Committee's full proposal will be presented in the notice of Lime's Annual General Meeting 2023. The Nomination Committee consists of Andreas Hedskog, representing Syringa Capital AB, Emil Hjalmarsson, representing Grenspecialisten AB, Johanna Ahlqvist, representing Cliens Kapitalförvaltning AB and Martin Henricsson, adjunct to the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Board.
