In accordance with the decision by Lime Technologies' Extraordinary General Meeting on October 16, 2018, the Chairman of the Board, Peter Larsson, has summoned the Nomination Committee. After consultation with the major shareholders of the company as per December 31, 2018, the committee consists of the following members:

• Thomas Bill, representing Monterro 1 AB,
• Jens Ismundsen, representing Grenspecialisten AB,
• Marianne Flink, representing Swedbank Robur Fonder AB,
• Peter Larsson, Lime Technologies' Chairman of the Board, is adjunct to the Nomination Committee.

Erik Syrén, Lime Technologies' CEO, has declined participation in the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019.The Nomination Committee will prepare proposals for the AGM in 2019, including proposals for the Chairman of the AGM, Board members, Chairman of the Board, remuneration for Board members, auditors, fees to the auditors and the tasks and composition of the Nomination Committee for the AGM in 2020.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee should send an email to nomination-committee@lime.tech. The last day to submit a proposal to the Nomination Committee is March 18, 2019 (six weeks before the AGM on April 29, 2019).
