Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE) announces that, under its 2023 Save As You Earn Scheme, 283,761 share options were exercised, at a price of 17 pence per option and are to be satisfied by the transfer of 283,761 existing Shares held in treasury.

Following the transfer, the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 252,983,480 and the Company now holds 2,020,273 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 250,963,207 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Likewise under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
