Grant of Options

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces it has granted options over 1,250,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to 15 employees of the Group under the rules of the Group's existing company share option plan ("CSOP"). None of the awards have been granted to PDMRs or senior management of the Group. The CSOP options have an exercise price of 24 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable 4 years after grant.

Following the issue of the CSOP options, the Group has 25,469,393 options outstanding in total.
