Result of Extended Open Offer

Following the announcement made by the Company on 10 January 2022 titled "Result of Open Offer" ("Announcement"), Likewise (AIM:LIKE), the distributor of residential and commercial flooring to retailers and contractors, is pleased to confirm that it has raised £2.0 million pursuant to the terms in the Announcement.

Accordingly, application has been made for 5,714,286 New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Extended Open Offer, to be admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 28 January 2022 ("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 243,088,480. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings as in the Circular dated 17 December 2021, unless otherwise stated.
