Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces that, pursuant to the Firm Placing, Directors Tony Brewer, Roy Povey, Andrew Simpson and Mike Steventon, alongside PDMRs Adrian Laffey and James Kellett, purchased an aggregate of 1,228,571 Shares in the Company that were admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. today.  

Following the Placing, the Directors and PDMRs are beneficially interested in the voting capital of the Company as follows:
