SAYE Exercise & Total Voting Rights

Likewise Group plc (AIM:LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces that the Company has issued 41,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options under the Company's save as you earn ("SAYE") scheme.

Application has been made for 41,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), with dealings expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 September 2022.

Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 243,835,980. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
