Lightning Minerals Ltd (ASX: L1M) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Lightning Minerals Ltd (‘L1M’) will be halted at the request of L1M, pending the release of an announcement by L1M.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 27 November 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

• L1M’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Trading Halt Request

Lightning Minerals Ltd (ASX:L1M) (the Company ) requests a trading halt pursuant to ASX Listing 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a proposed capital raising.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 27 November 2025, or until the release of the announcement in respect of the above matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason why this trading halt request should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

This trading halt request has been approved by the Managing Director.
