Description

Lightning Minerals Ltd (‘L1M’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX on Friday, 18 November 2022.

The securities of L1M will commence quotation at 12:00 PM AEDT on Tuesday, 22 November 2022.

L1M raised $7,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 5 October 2022 and the supplementary prospectus dated 31 October 2022 (together, the ‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 35,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of A$0.20 per share.
