Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 12, 2025, Lightbridge Corporation issued a press release announcing the successful co-extrusion of coupon samples of Lightbridge Fuel™ material consisting of an alloy of depleted uranium and zirconium with an outer cladding made of nuclear-grade zirconium alloy materials in collaboration with Idaho National Laboratory. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
