Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 13, 2025, Light & Wonder, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing additional information regarding its previously announced intention to move from the Company’s current dual listing on Nasdaq and the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) to a sole primary listing on the ASX (subject to applicable U.S. and Australian regulatory, and other third-party, approvals and processes). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
