VANCOUVER, B.C., June 7, 2021 – Mojave Brands Inc. (CSE: MOJO) (FSE: OHC) (“ Mojave ” or the “ Company ”) advises of a correction to be made to the address (Suite number) at which the Company’s June 30, 2021 Annual General and Special Meeting is to be held. The Notice of Meeting which was filed under the Company’s SEDAR corporate profile on June 3, 2021 indicates the location of the Meeting as Suite 1500, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
The correct (suite number) address should have read:
Suite 2050, 1500 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia Canada.
The address indicated on the Company’s proxy form for its June 30, 2021 Annual General Meeting is correct.
