Adjournment of Annual General Meeting

Lift Global Ventures plc (LSE: LFT), the listed investment company, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM) was called to order and thereafter adjourned.

The decision to adjourn the AGM has been made in order to provide the Company with additional time to continue constructive discussions with shareholders regarding the resolutions relating to the proposed disapplication of pre-emption rights.

The Board believes that further engagement with shareholders will ensure that they have adequate opportunity to consider and discuss the rationale for the proposals and to provide any feedback ahead of the resolutions being put to a vote.

Details of the reconvened AGM, including the date, time, and venue, will be announced in due course.

The Board would like to thank shareholders for their continued support and looks forward to further dialogue over the coming days.
