Board changes

Visum Technologies Plc (AQSE: VIS), a technology company with a focus on the leisure sector and innovative workspaces and workspace technology, announces a change of roles on the board.

Marc Dixon will step down as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 31 December 2025 to pursue other opportunities but will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Non-executive director, Paul Kennedy will become CEO from 1 January 2026.

Paul Kennedy will undertake a review of operations and set out a vision for the future of the Company during the first quarter of next year.
