On November 10, 2021, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of 2021, which ended on September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. As set forth in the press release, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the third quarter of 2021, which ended on September 30, 2021, on November 11, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. E.S.T.
