LIFECARE ASA (LIFE): INVITATION TO PRESENTATION OF Q2 2025 RESULTS 20 AUGUST AT 10.45 CEST

Lifecare ASA will publish its Q2 2025 results on Wednesday, 20 August 2025, at 07: 00 CEST.

The company invites shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders to the presentation of the second quarter results the same day at 10.45 CEST, to be held at Scandic Flesland Airport Hotel, Bergen, Norway, in connection with the event Vestland på Børs.

The results will be presented in English via a live webcast, followed by a Q&A session. Participants will be able to submit questions online throughout the webcast.
