LIFECARE ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Lifecare ASA (the "Company") on 30 May 2024, regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the partially underwritten rights issue (the "Rights Issue").

Teigland Eiendom AS has today exercised 2,623,948 subscription rights in the Rights Issue. Please see the attached PDMR-forms related to the exercise of subscription rights in the Rights Issue by a company closely associated with a primary insiders in the Company.
