Supplementary election to the Board - notice of extraordinary general meeting of Lifecare AS

Lifecare AS will convene an extraordinary general meeting on 20 November 2020.

Board member Joacim Holter has been appointed the company's CEO and resigns from the Board. The Nomination Committee in Lifecare has nominated Morten Foros Krohnstad as Deputy Chairman of the Board and Prof. Dr. Lutz Heinemann as a Board member.

There are also proposals for a board authorization for a capital increase.

Notice with the nomination committee's recommendation and information about the proposed candidates is attached.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, shareholders are recommended to consider casting their votes in advance by issuing proxy with voting instructions.

Lifecare (LIFE-ME) is a Bergen-based technology company developing a miniature sensor for correct and continuous monitoring of diabetics’ blood sugar. Its patented technology is also used as a central component in a rapid test for Covid-19 and as a measurement unit for reading out different biomarkers.
