The CEO of Lifecare ASA, Joacim Holter, will hold a webcast presentation

providing a general update on Lifecare's current status and ongoing activities

on Tuesday, 13 January 2026 at 11:30 CET.

The company invites shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders to attend

the presentation and receive an updated overview of the company's development.

The presentation will be held in Norwegian and will be followed by a questions
