Life360, Inc. (“Life360” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LIF, ASX: 360), the San Francisco Bay Areabased leader in family safety and connection, advises that the sales announced in the attached Form 4 are US stock sales on the NASDAQ and pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan.

A Rule 10b5-1 trading plan is a written, pre-established trading plan that provides for the automatic sale of Company stock pursuant to predetermined criteria. The Reporting Person adopted the plan at a time when they were not aware of any material non-public information about the Company.

The Rule 10b5-1 trading plan is a written, preestablished trading plan that provides for the automatic sale of Company stock pursuant to predetermined criteria. The Reporting Person adopted the plan at a time when they were not aware of any material nonpublic information about the Company.

  2. The price reported in Column 4 is the weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $63.14 to $64.13, inclusive, per share. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any securityholder of the Issuer or the Staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full details regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

  3. Includes 111,231 restricted stock units previously granted, each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock upon vesting.
