Update re share capital structure

In view of the illiquidity of the shares in Classes B, D and E and the operational inefficiency of managing relatively small classes of shares the Board of LSA is actively considering the option of merging Classes B, D and E shares, with Class A shares. This merger of share classes would require the passing of a special resolution by the Shareholders of each of the affected share classes. Once the Board has concluded its considerations it will update the market. There can be no certainty at this stage that a merger of the share classes will ultimately be proposed by the Board.
