Tomson, a company incorporated in Singapore, is wholly owned by Mr Jean-Michel Paul, a director of Acheron Capital Limited, the Investment Manager of the Trusts that underlie the Company.  It has expressed an intention to increase its holding in the A Ordinary shares, prior to 31 December 2018, to 1 million shares.

Tomson has a direct interest in 1,386,971 shares of the Company, representing 1.95% of the total issued share capital.
