Dividend Declaration
Life Science REIT (AIM: LABS), the real estate investment trust focused on UK life science properties, has declared its first interim dividend of 1.0 pence per share in respect of the period from admission to AIM to 30 June 2022.
This interim dividend will be payable on 31 October 2022 to shareholders on the register on 30 September 2022, with an associated ex-dividend date of 29 September 2022.
The dividend of 1.0 pence per share will be paid entirely as an ordinary dividend.

Life Science REIT plc is a property business focused solely on the UK's growing life science sector, specifically targeting opportunities in the "Golden Triangle" research and development hubs of Oxford, Cambridge and London St Pancras.
